§3.1 Police Powers. The Company expressly acknowledges the City's right to adopt, from time to time, in addition to the provisions contained herein, such laws, including ordinances and regulations, as it may deem necessary in the exercise of its governmental powers. §3.2 Regulation of Streets or Other City Property. The Company expressly acknowledges the City's right to enforce regulations concerning the Company's access to or use of the Streets, including requirements for permits. §3.3 Compliance With Laws. The Company shall promptly and fully comply with all laws, regulations, permits, and orders enacted by the City that are applicable to the Company's provision of Utility Service within the City. |
