§ 10-68. Parking in private parking lot in violation of posted restrictions.

  • Where private property or a portion thereof is devoted to the purpose of the parking of motor vehicles, and where the owner, lessee or other authorized person has established parking restrictions on such property and the restrictions are prominently posted so as to give notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a motor vehicle, whether occupied or not, in violation of the parking restrictions so posted.
