§ 17-21. Obstruction.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct any sidewalk within the limits of the city by throwing debris thereon or allowing weeds to grow thereon in front of the property belonging to such person. The deliberate placing of a hose and sprinkler so that water therefrom will obstruct the walk shall be deemed an obstruction within the meaning of this section.
