§ 17-57. Extension of period of repair.

A failure to have a final inspection performed by the director of public works or his designee under the rules and regulations promulgated by the director of public works shall extend the commencement of the three-year period of repair under section 17-56 until such time as a final inspection and final signature is attached to the permit.
