§ 17-78. Fee.

Applicants for a permit shall pay a fee in an amount as set by resolution of the city council and kept on file in the office of the city clerk, to the director of public works. The fee shall accompany all applications for permits, for issuance of the permit and inspection of the completed work. No permit shall be for more than one (1) excavation project.
