§ 17-81. Conditions on issuance.

Permits shall be issued on the condition that all work performed shall be in accordance with this article and the rules, regulations and specifications promulgated by the director of public works, all of which are intended to provide for the proper care and maintenance of the streets in the city and the safety and protection of the persons and property of the general public.
