The plat of the cemetery recorded on March 10, 1970, in the office of the county clerk
at book 4, page 38, record no. 485-490, showing all boundaries, sections, lots, divisions,
roads, drives and paths, is hereby adopted as the official plat of the cemetery which
shall be known as Riverside Cemetery. The Riverside Cemetery is established upon property
owned by the city located and described in deed no. 37240 recorded in the office of
the county clerk in book 81, page 437; in deed no. 303206 recorded in book 333, page
514; in deed no. 403644 recorded in book 500, page 57; and in deed no. 404726 recorded
in book 501, page 433; and other land acquired or to be acquired by the city for cemetery purposes.
