§ 17-107. Burials and disinterments.

  • No interment shall be made in the cemetery and no body shall be removed therefrom until the proper death certificate and all permits required by law and all the information necessary to complete the records of the cemetery have been furnished the director of finance or the superintendent of the cemetery. No interment shall be made within the cemetery without a permit from the director of finance. The permit shall be presented to the superintendent of the cemetery and returned by him to the office of the director of finance after interment.
