§ 17-114. Possession and discharge of firearms.

Section 12-8 regarding firearms, applies to the cemetery. It shall be unlawful to possess any such weapons in the cemetery, except to the extent permitted by the cemetery superintendent for military funerals and related Memorial Day services. Permitted use shall not include the discharge of any live ammunition or projectile.
