§ 18-6. Scope and jurisdiction of chapter.

Latest version.

This chapter shall apply to all subdivisions of land located within the corporate limits of the city, and shall also extend to and cover any major street plan adopted by the city council and applicable under state statute beyond the corporate limits of the city.
