§ 19-144. Map of municipal boundaries.

The director of finance shall make available to any requesting vendor a map showing the boundaries of the city. For transactions consummated on or after January 1, 1986, the requesting vendor may rely on such map and any update thereof available to such vendor in determining whether to collect a use tax. No penalty shall be imposed or action for deficiency maintained against such a vendor who in good faith complies with the most recent map available to it.
