§ 21-70. Number of taps required.

(a)

Each single-family residence shall have a separate tap as a minimum.

(b)

Multiple-family residences shall have at least one (1) separate tap for each building.

(c)

Property zoned for commercial or industrial use may use a single tap for each lot regardless of the number of buildings, provided that if the lot is subdivided or any building without its own water tap is sold separately, then the owner of the building without a water tap must apply for a separate tap and pay the plant investment fee.
