§ 21-218. Remedies nonexclusive.

The remedies provided for in this article are not exclusive of any other remedies that the city may have under the provisions of Colorado law. The city may take any, all, or any combination of these actions against a noncompliant industrial user. Enforcement of violations under this article will generally be in accordance with the city's enforcement response plan. However, the city may take any other action against any industrial user when the circumstances warrant and may take more than one (1) enforcement action against any noncompliant industrial user.
