§ 3-44. Late renewal application.

Any licensee licensed under this article whose license expires and is not renewed may renew the expired license by submitting the renewal application, along with the appropriate license fees and a five-hundred-dollar nonrefundable late application fee, within ninety (90) days of the license expiration date. The licensee may not sell or possess for sale any alcoholic beverage until all licenses have been obtained.
