§ 9-117. Application.

Any person desiring a permit required by this division shall make application to the director of public works on forms provided by the city. Such application shall be in writing and shall state the location of the building proposed to be moved, the place to which it is to be moved, whether the building is a dwelling house or other building, and the number of rooms in such building, and shall describe the route over which the building is to be moved.
