§ 9-212. Authority to prescribe additional regulations.

The chief of police may issue and promulgate, from time to time, rules and regulations to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the city in relation to security patrol services, which shall be reviewed and approved by the city attorney and city manager. Such rules may pertain to the duties of licensees, manner of conduct, and reports to be furnished to the chief of police, as well as other matters.
