§ 9-216. Vehicle insurance.

All vehicles used by licensees under this article shall be insured with liability insurance in an amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) limit for each person injured and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) limit for each accident, and property damage insurance of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). A certificate of insurance shall be filed with the director of finance before any vehicle is so used by a licensee.
