§ 15-4. Definition of misdemeanor.

The term "misdemeanor" as used in this Charter, shall mean a violation thereof, of any ordinance, of which the municipal court or magistrate thereof, shall have jurisdiction, and shall not have the meaning attached to it in chapter 48 entitled "crimes", 1935 Colorado Statutes Annotated.
