§ 15-9. Constitutionality.

  • In case any portion of this Charter shall at any time be found to be unconstitutional, such finding shall not affect the remainder thereof, but as to such remainder this Charter shall remain in full force and effect until amended or repealed.

    DONE IN CONVENTION at the council chamber in the City of Sterling in the State of Colorado, this twentieth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifty, and of the independence of the United States the one hundred and seventy-fifth.
