§7.1 Reliability. The Company shall operate and maintain Company Facilities efficiently and economically and in accordance with the standards, systems, methods, and skills consistent with the provision of adequate, safe, and reliable Utility Service. §7.2 Franchise Performance Obligations. The Company recognizes that, as part of its obligations and commitments under this franchise, the Company shall carry out each of its performance obligations in a timely, expeditious, efficient, economical, and workmanlike manner. |
