§ 12-18. Making unauthorized connection to cable television system.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make any unauthorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively or otherwise, with any part of a company's CATV system, for the purpose of enabling anyone to receive any television signal, radio signal, picture, sound, or other transmission, without payment to the company.
