§ 14-94. Fraudulent practices in connection with examinations.

  • No person shall, with respect to an examination for the classified service, willfully or corruptly, by himself or in cooperation with one (1) or more persons:

    (1)

    Defeat, deceive or obstruct any person in respect to his right of examination;

    (2)

    Falsely mark, grade, estimate or report upon the examination or proper standing of any person examined under this division, or aid in so doing, or make any false representation concerning any person's examination or standing or concerning the person examined;

    (3)

    Furnish to any person any special or secret information for the purpose of either improving or injuring the prospects or chances of any persons so examined or to be examined; or

    (4)

    Impersonate another person or permit or aid another person to impersonate him in any application, examination or registration.
