§ 17-43. Penalty for violation of article.

Any violation of this article shall be punishable under section 1-15 in addition to any increase of fees which may be provided for in this article. In addition, any violation of this article shall be grounds for the suspension of the permit and stoppage of any excavation or other work by the director of public works until the violation is corrected.
