§ 9-300. Equipment testing.

The owner of any alarm detection equipment shall be responsible for providing the personnel necessary for any testing of the system which involves the official police monitoring system equipment. The chief of police or his designated representatives shall at all times maintain ultimate control over the police monitoring system equipment.
