§ 9-299. Connection to primary telephone trunk line prohibited.

(a)

No alarm system or device which transmits a signal or prerecorded message directly to the police or fire department shall be connected to or be permitted to use the primary telephone trunk line serving any city governmental facility.

(b)

In addition to any other remedies or penalties provided in this article any person violating the provisions of subsection (a) of this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-15.
